Raised on the Southern Oregon Coast, now retired on the Southern Oregon Coast. I was a hard of hearing child who grew up to be a deafened adult. I share and write about deafness, hearing loss and other things I find interesting. I am a 50 something year old woman who could be anyone's mother, grandmother or friend. I've traveled the U.S., and I've lived in Europe. I'm currently residing near the beach with Fabulous Husband and 11 year old son. ~ Joyce Edmiston

Dine and Sign: A Hearing Son and His Deaf Dad Dining and Signing Together
This is Alex and his "Dad". Dad is deaf. These two men are positively adorable with their relationship and the intelligent, witty conversations they have over dinner. I love the points the father makes regarding technology. The link to their site is below the video, watch their series and share with your friends. I guarantee you will laugh out loud at some of their episodes, as well as ponder the points they discuss back and forth. This is episode 11 and deals with technology.
