Finally, Relay Operators for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired in Wyoming are getting a little help. Hopefully, this campaign will reach into other states as well. Too often, we who use a Relay Service get hung up on by businesses, clinics, etc. who do not wait for the Calling Agent or Relay Operator to explain the service before hanging up, or they think it is marketing or solicitous calls, or even prank calls. It's about time. I just wish it wasn't just Sprint doing this, but ALL telecommunication companies.
