Raised on the Southern Oregon Coast, now retired on the Southern Oregon Coast. I was a hard of hearing child who grew up to be a deafened adult. I share and write about deafness, hearing loss and other things I find interesting. I am a 50 something year old woman who could be anyone's mother, grandmother or friend. I've traveled the U.S., and I've lived in Europe. I'm currently residing near the beach with Fabulous Husband and 11 year old son. ~ Joyce Edmiston

A life-changing book about truth
ReplyDeleteHave you read the short book "The Present" yet? It's available free here. Just go to the website: www.truthcontest.com
Click on the entry called The Present. What it says will turn this world right-side up if it reaches enough people. You will see what I mean when you read the first page.

Hi, Mike,
DeleteThank you for the link. I've not read it, yet. I'll have to go check that out. When I tucked my son in at night, I would give him a 3rd eye kiss and tell him, "God loves you" kiss, "I love you" kiss, "Dad loves you" kiss, and name each person in our family, followed by a 3rd eye kiss. It's a wonderful bedtime ritual before saying "Good night".
